For organizers

For organizers, event creators and facilitators. Your team works from one list; you see where the event stands.

For your team

Emails read for you

Booking and payment emails become prepared bookings. Clear ones go in with “Apply all”; the rest come as one question each, or need a closer look.

Guest page

Optional guest page to manage consent, information about food, allergies, arrivals and more.

Nothing forgotten

To do lists what waits. Guests shows who owes money after the due date. Guests get a reminder to sign their documents without you writing it.

Rooms

Make complex rooming lists simple. Paste your list of rooms, tap a person, then tap a bed, and export the list for the venue or hotel, extra nights included. Eventvoi asks before placing someone with a person of another gender.

Check-in at arrival

Easy, quick check-in with QR code scanning, or type a name. Green or red, with the reason. Undo on every check-in.

In your language

The app and guest emails come in twelve languages; each person picks their own.

The guest list the team works from

Status, booking type, room and what each guest still owes, on one row. Tick a box to see only the unconfirmed, the waitlist or one role.

The guest list: tick boxes for status, role and booking type, each with a count, and a row per guest with status, booking type, room and what they still owe.

For you, the organizer

Keep your shop

Your website, prices and payment methods stay. Eventvoi works from the emails your shop already sends.

Your team

Add team members and check-in staff to administrate the system easily. Four levels decide who sees what: Owner, Organizer, Team, Check-in. The finance summary, fees and agreements stay with you unless you say otherwise.

Big decisions wait for you

A free place booked by the team, a new team member, and by default a refund the team asks for wait for the Organizer's OK.

See where the event stands

Workflow shows the open work and the numbers. Finances tracks what was charged, paid and is still owed, from what your team records and the emails. It is not live bank data, and not accounting.

Start from last time

Copy an event's structure (booking types, rooms, roles) without its guests.

Guests hear only what matters

Practical emails only. No newsletters, no marketing, and replies go to your own team's address.

The event's money at a glance

Charged, received, still owed, expenses and the result, per currency, from what your team records and the emails. Nothing is converted silently; add a rate yourself when you want one total.

Finances for one event: charged, received, expenses and the result, with income per currency and a list of expenses.
